  • In-Clinic Visits: Come visit us in our Coquitlam office, located at 1140 Austin Ave.

  • Community Settings: Sessions can occur at local community centers, parks, or other familiar environments.

  • Virtual Sessions: For certain services, we offer online consultations to accommodate your needs.

6. How Long Do Appointments Last?

Initial assessments typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, allowing us to understand your needs and goals. Follow-up sessions usually range from 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your situation.

7. How Many Sessions Will I Need?

The number of sessions varies based on individual goals and challenges. Some clients may benefit from a single session, while others may require ongoing therapy. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs.

11. What Are the Costs of Services?

  • ICBC: no cost if client is approved. Not approved? Send us an email or give us a call and we'd be happy to help guide you through the process.

  • WorkSafeBC: no cost if client is approved.

  • Private Pay/Other Private Insurance Claims: $140/hour, in line with industry standard rates.

During your initial session, we'll:
