Julie is an enthusiastic and caring individual who is passionate about helping others. She completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2016, followed by a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Toronto in 2018. Julie understands the importance of client-centred care and how illnesses or injuries can be complex and affect individuals physically, cognitively, and emotionally. She has a wide range of experience working in community-based rehabilitation with clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, as well as work in acute and hospital-based rehabilitation settings. She has completed additional training and coursework in Concussion rehabilitation, Complex chronic pain, Mental health and well-being, Whiplash Injuries, Return to work planning, and Ergonomics. During her free time, you can find Julie on a football field or training at a gym.
